depressing blog
I feel so... blah! so many things have just gotten me down in the last couple of days...
First of all - stupid winter. I know this is going to sound really stupid but... my face is so dry - it looks absolutely horrible... and I'm so self consious about it too. The last thing I want to do is leave my room for my classes. ugh!
Another thing - I've gained a couple of pounds since I'm been at school. Not too many but I didn't even like my weight when I first came here so those couple extra pounds make me even more depressed. I'm been really consious about what I eat and I honestly go to the gym at least 3-5 times a week. It's just so depressing to make an effort to lose weight and then step on the scale and see you haven't lost any, but instead gained.
Anyways, I have to run to class - another blah day which means another track pants day. These are occuring more and more often... I gotta say...
I love track pants!

When you go to the gym, you are essentially building up muscle, which weighs more than fat.. so you do the math =) i need to go to the gym too!!! tell me when you go =P
