Crazy brutal!

Wow this week is NOT going to be fun... I have an astronomy test tomorrow, a huge paper due on Tuesday (35% of my mark as far as I know...) and a paper due for the dreaded course poli sci on Friday. The thing is, I'm not going to be here on Friday so I have to hand it in on Thursday. And I don't want to write in on Wednesday night because as far as I know I'm going out for my birthday. So that means getting it all done on Tuesday night. Considering I haven't even picked my topic yet... I don't like stress. Actually I work well under stress, it just keeps me up really late.

Another topic, my birthday!!! I's my birthday this Thursday and my birthday usually kind of sucks... This week being so busy, I hope my birthday doesn't go horribly... This year my two closest girl friends are not in Ontario (miss you tons Becca and Lindsay!!!). I was going to go to a Bulldog game on Friday but now I'm not too sure because they SUCK this year - I would go if they were just really bad - I support my team and all, but apparently the AHL hockey this year is just brutal - not exciting, barely any checking, etc. So I don't know what to do...

Anyways, anyone who want to do something on Wednesday night, just let me know. I was thinking Wilfs and maybe renting a movie or something? Message me - later dudes and dudettes - my astronomy text book is yelling at me to read it

Dave is SO amazing!

It is a weekly Tuesday night tradition on B3 floor of Conrad Residence to watch the reality show "He's a Lady." It is SUPER funny. Well, last night was the season finale and the guy who won is the sweetest man ever! More men should be like him...

The girls on my floor, Rachel, people from the Laurier Christian Fellowship, and Jason have been so supportive since Steve and I broke up this past weekend... I just want to thank y'all for that =)

Well, it is snowing outside and sticking to the ground... =( I really do not like winter and coldness... And on top of that, I have to walk to the Waterloo Public library this afternoon in the snow because my books are due today the fines here at this library are insane - not like Hamilton Public Library. I'm so Dutch =P

Anyways, Astronomy class is calling...

Interesting devotional today in the Purpose Driven Life... A question that made me think - what drives my life? What should drive my life? Are they the same thing? Lately I've been so focused on school and friends and my boyfriend that I'm losing sight of my true focus - serving Christ with everything I have... I love football Sundays...

Hey all! I'ts been a while since I've posted... This past weekend was kind of blah... you know that feeling when you feel like nothing can make you look nice and everyone you see just seems to look SO much better than you and there's nothing you can do about it? Yeah, that was me almost all weekend... This week I have an essay due in Canadian Studies and the rough draft of a research paper due as well so I better get my butt in gear!

After hearing some of my pastor's sermons (which have been based on the book The Purpose Driven Life.) I decided to read the book myself! I've heard from numerous people that it's a great book so I've decided to check it out for myself...

Something else I've been thinking about - everyone from camp this past summer have been asking me if I will be applying to work there again... and I just don't know! On one hand, I really want to because it was an AMAZING summer! But on the other hand, I don't know if I want to try something different and new... Who knows what the summer will hold...

I miss my keys!!!!!!

It's been one of those days.... Y'all know what I'm talking about - those days where everything just seems to make you want to cry. I just want my keys back!!! I'm such a moron and when I went to Dan's party this past weekend, I put my residence keys and my school id (the id I use to get food on campus...) in my parent's car's glove compartment... Well, I kind of left them there so when they went to Niagra Falls, my keys left with them... My mom mailed them to me yesterday and they were supposed to be here by today but I don't know where they are! Maybe at the housing office, but I didn't get a call and now they're closed to it doesn't matter anyways... I'M HUNGRY! I want good food! (well, dining hall food at least...) I've been living off of things in my room like spaghetti-o and soup and I just want food.... =( Ok, I'm done pouting I guess...

The Patriots lost!!! =(

I'm still upset about the Patriots losing last night... *sniff* On an interesting note, since the Redskins lost yesterday, apparently Kerry will win the election tomorrow (darn...) I received VERY happy news yesterday - Lindsay and Becca are coming back to Ontario for reading week!!!!!! =D YAY!!! I miss them SO much and it'll be great to see them again. I hope everyone has a great week ahead!
